I recently came across Profusion cosmetic brand at a department store. It was inexpensive and at $4 for a 10 shadow eye palette, I thought what a steel.
A brief history about Profusion cosmetics, It's base in Ontario ca. was established in 1999 with less than 20 items, in addition it grew to over 500 new products. In 2013 a line of new products was introduced. This brand is geared toward kids, tweens and young adults. Shown here is Profusion Drama 10 color eyeshadow pallet, this is more of an evening wear. I love the fact that even though this palette is $4, it looks like an expensive brand. This palette has a mirror, pencil liner as well as an eye shadow applicator. the color applies even and smooth.
