Quinoa Salad

It's been some time since I've posted, but what better way to get back in the grove of blogging by sharing the lovely healthy recipe with you. My first time preparing this recipe, and I copy it from a sample I tasted at last Saturday Fat village art event. 

Ingredients
3-cups red quinoa 
2-fresh corn on cob
1/4-red onion
4-small carrot
1-palm full fresh cilantro 
1/4-cup olive
1/3-spoon salt
1/3-cracked black pepper
2-punch of whole basil
Cook quinoa to desired texture and transfer into a large bowl. Boil corn for about 5 mins, let cool and shave add to bowl. Diced carrot, red onion and cilantro  and add to bowl. Now for the last 3 ingridents you can add to your taste.
